Why does Coach Phil want to “Run” With You?

Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us! - Hebrews 12:1

I am not a runner.  But I do like to move with purpose and with pace.

I am a retired Fortune 100 company executive who has found his “sweet spot” helping my clients achieve their goals–both big and small!  As a leadership practitioner, I really enjoy infusing my teaching and coaching with practical lessons I’ve learned over the course of my career.  

Only recently have I come to truly understand the coaching distinction, and its enormous potential.  Every step of my life, particularly in the early stages of family and career, I managed the big decisions to the best of my ability, and figured things out as they came.  But running, whether literal and figurative, was exhausting for me.  I realize now I am not meant to run alone.  Nor are you!  Together we can soar on wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint [Isaiah 40:31].

Like so many others, I’m someone who wants to live a [John 10:10] life filled with purpose.  I started my coaching practice in 2020 to pay forward what so many have invested in me, and to make a difference in people’s lives.  My coaching passion is helping people find their own “sweet spot”  for themselves and their careers.  I’m constantly humbled by the life-changing difference that I get to be a part of everyday.
