Words Matter!

I shared some ideas with my teammates at work recently, and thought I’d share here…

When I’m stressed, or finding it challenging to have a #positiveattitude about life/work/career/anything, I try to RETRAIN MY BRAIN by changing my word-choices. As with a physical workout, a vocabulary “workout” requires practice, and repetition is required for real results.

Here’s my “workout regimen”… please consider practicing some of these subtle semantic shifts too!
